Sports hospitality got a big black eye last week with the arrest of the head of the soccer world governing body's hospitality provider, accusing him of aiding scalpers:

Ray Whelan, a senior British executive with Fifa's ticket and hospitality partner Match, has been labelled a fugitive by Rio de Janeiro police after they turned up at his luxury hotel to re-arrest him over ticket touting allegations then claimed he had fled through a service exit. --The Guardian

Members of President Gerald Ford's family have joined a range of dignitaries and well-wishers for a series of events in Grand Rapids to commemorate the 101st anniversary of his birth. The Ford Presidential Foundation, Library and Museum are joining together for Monday's celebration.
