Bassham, Ray launches staff-retreat planning division

Bassham, Rayl & Associates, a Dallas-based training and communications consulting firm, announced Thursday that it has launched Management Retreats, a staff and corporate retreat planning service.

Management Retreats helps professionals plan their annual retreats to include training, planning, team-building and other activities, according to a company report. It has compiled sample plans with price estimates to help planners set their budgets. Its “Retreat Planning Form” gives visitors a chance to fill out all the details that should be considered in planning a retreat, including desired environment, objectives and length.

Sample packages include three categories: Bed & Breakfast Retreats, for smaller groups who primarily want a quiet place to train and/or plan; Resort Retreats, for organizations who want to combine business and pleasure; and Vacation Retreats, for high-end recognition and planning. Management Retreats will work with an individual to plan all the elements of the retreat and then find the best location throughout the United States or overseas to fit objectives and budget.

The company's Web site is www.managementretreats.Com.
