Hilton Americas-Houston offers a la carte menu for galas Houston's Hilton Americas Hotel has added a la carte dining to its options for gala events. The new option allows guests to choose their entree from three selections at the event without having to pre-register. At the Houston Symphony Gala this month, the entrees were chicken cordon bleu, roasted duck breast, and Gulf Coast crab cake. Aztec, Losberger announce alliance Tent giants Aztec Tents, based in Torrance, Calif., and Losberger U.S., based in Frederick, Md., announced yesterday they will partner to distribute products and services though new outlet centers throughout the U.S. "Both companies have thrived upon outstanding reputations throughout the industry," said Aztec president Chuck Miller. "Together we will utilize each other's resources to become a stronger and more capable supplier of high-quality tent and semi-permanent structures" ...
