Leonidas roses and bush ivy leaves recall the splendor of fall as they lean out of an antique bronze urn.

Burgundy candles, tied with sunflowers, nandina, mokara orchids and pheasant feathers, accentuate the urn. Maple leaves and portobello mushrooms nestle around the base.

Glory of the Seas Floral Designer: Richard Magid, Famous Firsts, Pompano Beach, Fla.

Handpainted Fish: Nature Crafts, San Jose, Calif.

Jewels: Accent Annex, New Orleans

Photography: Dan Hubbard, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Votive Holders: Oriental Trading Co., Omaha, Neb.

This fanciful centerpiece helps transform a spartan room into an underwater fantasy. A variety of tropical foliage-snake plants, fox tail, galax, lily grass and curly willow-and seashells enhance the visual design, nestled among jewelry-filled treasure chests and handpainted fish props.

Pretty in Pink Floral Designer: ME Productions, Pembroke Park, Fla.

Photography: Patty Daniels Photography, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Pink larkspur reach for the sky in an explosive 7-foot design featuring an elevated arrangement on a black triple-arched stand. Dozens of lavender roses snake around the container. Pink French tulips, hot-pink nerine lilies, fuchsia and purple vanda orchid sprays, and hot-pink roses trail from the body and base of the arrangement.

A clear illuminated globe becomes the arrangement's focal point, surrounded by black foliage and more vanda orchid sprays. Purple cattleya orchid blooms provide the finishing touch.

Fiesta Ole Floral Designer: Mark Paulda, Frills & Flowers, El Paso, Texas

Flowers: Florabundance, Carpinteria, Calif.

Linens: The Cloth Connection, Spring Valley, N.Y.

Sunflowers, dahlias and gerbera daisies make up the vivid palette for a color-themed corporate party.

Red, yellow and purple pingpong balls sit atop curvy copper tubing to add pizazz to the fiesta.

Flower Power Floral Designer: ME Productions, Pembroke Park, Fla.

A bat mitzvah celebration turns psychedelic with neon-colored coffee tree trunks. Bursts of colorful flowers including fuchsia roses, orange lilies, orange gerbera daisies, yellow sunflowers, solidago and oncidium orchid sprays accent the tops of the branches and surround the bottom of the tree trunks. Burning candles in glass bubble votive holders are suspended by vibrant love beads.

Pyramid in Bloom Floral Designer: Regula Allenspach Weill, AIFD, Regula's, San Francisco

Rising 5 feet off the table, oncidium orchids, freesia, ranunculus, red myrtle and ferns bloom out of a small pyramid sculpture. The evening's venue, San Francisco's landmark pyramid-shaped Transamerica Building, inspired the design.
