The Cheese Lady Creates Custom Cheese Sculptures
Sarah Kaufmann—aka The Cheese Lady—has a 17-year career creating artistic carvings out of cheese. She fashions her works—which has included the Guinness World Record for the world’s largest cheese carving—live on location, where they are displayed and, most often, eaten. While she sculpts cheese, she also educates and informs audiences about the art and traditions of cheese-making. She also creates commissioned cheese sculptures for weddings and other special events.

Office Timeline Plug-in Creates Event Time Lines

Office Timeline, which offers time and expense tracking software, has debuted a free plug-in for PowerPoint that creates event time lines and other project slides. With the plug-in, users can select various time line templates, then work through wizards to enter key deliverables and milestones for an event. Office Timeline then turns this plan into a PowerPoint time line slide that can be edited, updated and shared with vendors, partners, clients and colleagues.
