Glow Candle Offers Natural Candles
Glow Candle Co. offers a line of tea lights and votive candles made from 100 percent natural soy-palm wax. Not only do the candles burn 35 percent to 50 percent longer than conventional candles, but they are free from carcinogenic compounds found in paraffin candles, the manufacturer says. Clients now using the candles include event planners, hotels and restaurants, according to the company. Next month, Glow Candle plans to introduce a small disposable fuel-cell votive that burns a natural seed oil; it will burn 10 percent to 25 percent longer than paraffin oil.

Modgy Debuts Expandable Vases
The "Myvaz" from Modgy is an expandable vase that comes in various sizes and colors. The vases are constructed of layers of polymers with the design sandwiched in between; the layers are heat-welded to create different shapes. The strong, durable vases look like expensive glassware and will not leak, yet can be folded up after use. They are more environmentally friendly than glass, the company says. Each vase comes packaged in a decorative sleeve.

Bubble Walls Available from Stopteltat
Bubble walls from Stopteltat are constructed from acrylic glass to reflect light beautifully, the manufacturer says, and display a look similar to champagne bubbles. The panels are embedded with LED lights that can be adjusted to change continuously, in both cool tones and warm. The walls can be used in some tent installations and as room dividers.
