Cuisine Cards

Hershey's Food Service offers a new set of recipe cards for foodservice operators. The entree and dessert recipes incorporate Hershey-brand ingredients--such as Heath English Toffee Bits--and have been kitchen-tested. Each card displays the portion size of the dish as well as an estimated menu price and an estimated profit for the user. Dishes include Baked Ham with Peanut Butter Glaze and Caramel Toffee Coated Carrot Cake.
