Pumping Iron

Tomlinson Industries has added a pickled steel griddle to its cast-iron products line. The griddle comes in two sizes, two- and four-burner, and features two easy-grip handles. Cast iron is a nonstick surface; when properly seasoned it will last indefinitely. Other products from Tomlinson's line include jumbo oval serving skillets, fry pans and ribbed grill pans.
