Chocolate-fountain maker Sephra has introduced a new generation of patented commercial fountains measuring 27 inches, 34 inches and 44 inches. New features include a removable basin and a lightweight design. Also, the cylinder sleeve on the new models meets NSF sanitation standards. According to Sephra, the new fountains require less chocolate to create a solid curtain of melted chocolate.
