CORT Event Furnishings is launching two new furnishing collections at The Special Event in New Orleans: the Endless Seating and the Gamer collections. Endless Seating is a modular seating system that offers the flexibility to suit any event space; it features ottomans, high or low seat back curves, and high or low seat back squares, enabling event designers to build seating solutions for 20 or 200 people in the same style. The Gamer Collection is a furnishing series developed specifically for video gaming and technology events; seating choices coordinate with nesting media tables to create small or large game stations.

The new Millennium 700 small-format printer from Direct Color Systems (DCS) prints up to 30 percent faster than its predecessor, the manufacturer says. The Millennium 700 Series utilizes a proprietary digital imaging technology designed to ensure clear, sharp and professional-looking output. Its ability to automatically feed and print precut blanks in full color, at a printing speed of about 25 seconds per card, can save time and costs.

Eco-friendly Trailer-stage Offered by Stage-Tech
The "green" trailer-stage from Stage-Tech is suitable for outdoor special events and concerts, the manufacturer says. Using solar and hybrid technology, the 32-by-24-by-3-foot high stage can cut diesel fuel consumption by 90 percent. The unit features a low-consumption, super-efficient sound system and LED lighting system, the manufacturer says. The seamless backup generator runs on natural gas.
