Planner Offers "Budget Bash" Book
Veteran event planner Andrea Wyn Schall, who has organized such high-end events as the Screen Actors Guild Awards, offers the downloadable e-book "Budget Bash—Simply Fabulous Events on a Budget." The book offers cocktail and dinner menus including gluten-free and vegan options, resources and photos to illustrate ideas for themes, invitations, easy-to-make flower arrangements and napkin folds, along with sample budgets and time-line templates. Video badge from TLC

Video Name Badges Offered by TLC
Video Name Badges from TLC Creative are wearable media players that deliver a company's message through professional video content, the distributor says. The badges can be used to promote new products, encourage interaction between contacts, break the ice at trade shows and offer news updates. The 2.4-inch screen relies on a rechargeable battery and offers an 8-hour average playback time. The thin, lightweight unit plays full-motion videos and images; its magnetic fastener does not harm clothing, according to the distributor.
