Jomar Debuts Nova Linen Colors
The Nova fabric line from Jomar Table Linens now features 12 new colors, which will debut at The Special Event 2010 in New Orleans. The new colors include Mimosa, Apple Green, Tiffany, Lavender, Ironwood, Candy Pink and China Red. Nova is available in four styles: Swirl (see photo), Infinity, Pintuck and Solid. The fabrics, which are available for both industry sub-rental and for purchase, have the look of dupioni silk yet are machine-washable and color-fast, the company says.

Orion Software Upgrades Sirius Pro Software
Orion Software's Sirius Pro rental software now features a new Scenario Management module, which allows users to create subsets of products based on specific usage required by their clients. Scenarios can be built based on the type, size or budget of an event. The new feature allows salespeople to present only relevant products to their customers as well as to cover the whole spectrum of projects, the developer says, thereby increasing efficiency by passing through a complete "questionnaire" linked to the specific end-usage requirements.

Attractive PortaJane Restrooms Also Support Women's Causes
The new PortaJane—a distinctive pink portable restroom designed for women—will make its debut at The Special Event in January. Manufactured in the U.S. from recycled materials, the units offer a hands-free freshwater flush toilet, hourglass-shaped back wall, a hands-free sink, vanity mirror and shelving but no urinal. For each unit rented, the manufacturers say they will donate $20 to breast cancer organizations.
