Underberg, a spirits producer based in Germany, has launched Xuxu in the U.S. A concoction of pureed strawberries and vodka, it serves as a base for cocktails, a dessert topping and as an addition to champagne. The drink contains strawberries, grape juice for sweetness, and lime juice.
