Classic Lighting Fleet Hampshire, England Bringing the 1997 Ryder Cup golf tournament into the homes of more than 700 million viewers was one of the challenges faced by Classic Lighting. Providers of all power and technical services to the event, Classic designed and installed a system and related equipment that would give 24-hour uninterrupted power supply to the media contingent at the tournament. Classic also provided a fully integrated technical services package to all VIP and sponsorship hospitality areas at the venue.

LD Systems Houston "Sky Power Over Houston" included 10 tons of pyrotechnics, 400 optical watts of laser and 2 million watts of light. Buildings up to 1,200 feet were illuminated in a multitude of colors, as more than 60 buildings became the stage from which to launch pyrotechnics, mount large-format lighting and construct wash-lighting towers.

Mills/James Productions Columbus, Ohio A corporate group gathered at the Westin Rio Resort in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, for this three-day affair. Events included a specially designed club room, live entertainment and three sets that incorporated lighting, audio and video production that created an air of high caliber and prestige.
