Budgt Above $50,000 COMCOR Event & Meeting Production Fort Lauderdale, Florida The Hong Kong Tourist Association sponsored a three-day Hong Kong-Miami Cultural Exchange in Aventura, Florida. Opening festivities included a program that featured the "Dotting of the Eyes," the traditional Chinese ceremony to awaken the dragon, plus performances by Chinese entertainers. Following the opening ceremonies, guests were invited to visit five custom-designed huts, each showcasing a different artisan from Hong Kong.

BASS Greensboro, North Carolina "Thirty Years of Bass Fishing Thrills & Fantastic Family Fun" was the theme of 1998's self-titled Greatest Fishing Show in the World. In addition to the prestigious BASS fishing competition, the weeklong festival featured a record-setting parachute jump, a laser-light show and indoor pyrotechnics, and a free outdoor show that drew more than 100,000 visitors.

Mirage Events Las Vegas The Mirage Employee of the Year Gala featured a choreographed theatrical production. The "Vanity Flair"-themed evening was set in a ballroom decorated with hundreds of yards of colorful fabrics. A myriad of textures, patterns and hand-painted accessories provided whimsical enhancements. Larry King was the surprise guest speaker for the evening.
