To be considered for inclusion, please provide the following information:

• Name of company
• Name of chief executive/president
• Complete contact information (address, phone, Web site)
• Average number of special events produced each year
• Annual revenues earned from producing special events
• 3-4 paragraphs describing most noteworthy events produced
