The International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show has announced that Xavier S. Lividini, general manager of The Mayflower Hotel in New York, will serve as chairman. The show has also appointed Gary Schweikert, regional vice president and managing director of The Plaza Hotel in New York, to serve on the IH/M&RS board of directors for 2002.
