With “Enigma,” Los Angeles-based Black & Noir Productions puts participants smack in the middle of an elaborate chase involving actors, code names and challenges. Each interactive Enigma experience is customized for a single player or group of players based on a participant profile compiled about two weeks prior to the “mission.” During the game — which Black & Noir recommends for birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties and corporate events — players are shuttled among locales by limousine until they arrive at their final destination, which could be anywhere from a theater to a zoo to a private club.
