Made of nylon canvas with heat-resistant plastic inserts, the belt can be washed in most commercial dishwashers, the manufacturer says. Four sizes are available, featuring three to five pockets to hold various combinations of knives as well as accessory pockets and latches for tongs and other utensils. Holsters come with an outer bag for storage and transportation.
