Chicago-based Oxford Capital Partners has unveiled the National Conference Center at Lansdowne in Lansdowne, Va., following a $29-million improvement campaign. Located on the grounds of the former Xerox Document University in one of Washington's major commercial corridors, the 110-acre complex features more than one million square feet of meeting and event space.

Designed to accommodate major corporate clients, the center includes a 4,000-square-foot conference and exhibit hall, a 32,000-square-foot fitness center, food and beverage facilities, and 950 guest rooms.

Facility vice president and general manager Bruce McIntosh said that the National Conference Center would continue to serve Xerox Document University's mainstay clients, including Microsoft, IBM and government agencies. He added that the renovated center now accommodates “a wide range of programs from employee training to cost-effective senior-level retreats and board meetings.”
