Richard LoGuercio goes big with a second showroom.

Town & Country Event Rentals, which ranks No. 7 on the Special Events "30 Top Rental Companies" list, announced Saturday that it will open a second showroom, which will be located in Pasadena, Calif.

The company, headquartered in Van Nuys, Calif., moved to a 105,000-square-foot warehouse and showroom last spring. The company was launched by industry veteran Richard LoGuercio in 2005.

The 4,000-square-foot Pasadena showroom will open mid-July under the management of Albert Funfstuck, who joins Town & Country after stints with A-1 Event and Party Rentals and Classic Party Rentals.

The Pasadena building, built in 1927, was original a firehouse.
