International event design and production agency E=MC2 Event Management, based in Calgary, Alberta, today launched an office in Vancouver, British Columbia.

“As we are celebrating our 10-year anniversary this year, we have many exciting initiatives ahead,” said company president and CEO Jocelyn Flanagan, CSEP. “We see a positive future, and our expansion into the Vancouver market is a natural step in the company's continuing nationwide growth."

Leading the Vancouver office are Joann Chatterton as director of conference production and Jean Pierre Cartier and Tony Talarico. Both Cartier and Talarico were senior team members of Vancouver-based MVKA Productions, which ceased operating as an event company in March.

Cartier, who takes the position of director of business development, said, "We are incredibly excited to extend the dynamic energy of E=MC2 to Vancouver and offer new perspectives on event services."
