As their annual convention last week, the members of the National Association of Catering Executives elected Jerry Edwards, CPCE, to a third term as president.

“Under Jerry’s watch, NACE has grown 23 percent in membership, developed an international chapter in South Africa and increased conference attendance by 83 percent,” a NACE spokeswoman said.

Edwards owns Chef’s Expressions Catering, located just outside Baltimore. He also operates Insights, a consulting firm that specializes in the profitable systemization of small to mid-size catering firms.
