Portland, Ore.-based event management company, First Contact, will serve as registration sponsor for the 5th Annual Webby Awards, to be held July 18 in San Francisco. First Contact’s responsibilities include Web site design and development, seating assignments and on-site coordination for the “Oscars of the Internet,” as the Webbys are commonly known.
