Entry forms for Special Events Magazine's Gala Awards competition--the most prestigious in the event industry--will be available starting June 1.

Entrants can download forms from this site starting June 1. Entry forms will also appear in the June, July and August issues of Special Events Magazine. (Note: Do not use the 2003 form to enter this year's competition.)

This year's competition will be open to events taking place between Sept. 1, 2003, and Aug. 31, 2004. Nominees will be notified by mid-November, and winners will be named on Jan. 8 at The Special Event 2005 in Miami.
