Holland Charles Partners Inc., an affiliate of Taylor Rental Center in Castro Valley, Calif., announced Wednesday that it has acquired The Party Company, a single location special event rental company in Fremont, Calif. Terms were not disclosed.

“We are excited about the acquisition of The Party Company and look forward to integrating it with our Castro Valley operation,” said Andrew Sutton, president of Taylor Rental Center.

“The Party Company has an excellent reputation and has been a solid rental company for over 20 years,” added Michael Berman, president of Holland Charles and Sutton’s partner. Former owner Carol Jones “has built a great organization and we look forward to taking the company to the next level.” Jones will remain with the company through a transition period.
