Chocolate helps heart health

Caterers, pay attention: You may be helping the heart-health of your guests by putting dark chocolate on the menu.

According to a study from the University of California, San Francisco, volunteers who ate 1.6 ounces of dark chocolate daily for 22 weeks showed a significant relaxation of blood vessels compared with tests done before they ate the chocolate.
