The American Rental Association, based in Moline, Ill., announced that it has named the following event rental leaders to leaderships roles within the association. Andrew Paquette, president of Bravo Rentals, Montreal; will join the board of directors' executive committee. Harold Sater, director of A&A Tents in Shreveport, La., was elected to the post of region four director, while Gary Helfmann, president of A-1 Lansing Rent-All in Lansing, Mich., will lead regional five. Ben Shipper IV, vice president/Chicago for Classic Party Rentals-Chicago in McCook, Ill., will assume the role of chairman of the ARA's party and event services "shared interest group." Outgoing president Stan Crumbaugh, owner of Independence Rent-All of Independence, Mo., will take the role of chairman while John H. Crabbe, Jr., president of Vermont Tent Co. in South Burlington, Vt., assumes the role of president. Buddy Stubbs, owner of Busylad Rent-All in Tupelo, Miss., has been named president-elect. Charles Neffle, ceo of All Occasions Event Rental in Cincinnati, has been named to the ARA Foundation's board of trustees.
