On the heels of its sale of an event rental outlet in Tennessee, representatives of HSS RentX announced this week that the company has sold its Atlanta event rental operation to ALL, LLC, parent company of TLC Rents in that city. The transaction comes two weeks after HSS’s sale of its Knoxville, Tenn., event rental location.

"We plan to focus on our tool rentals in the region and are continuing to look at strategic moves for our company," said Tim Campbell, vice president of business development for HSS RentX.

“We are looking forward to using this platform to grow TLC to a new level, both in sales and service,” said ALL owner Reuben Ayoub.

Hageman, Stansberry & Associates (HS&A) represented HSS RentX in the transaction; terms were not disclosed
