An event produced by Low Country Event Rentals

San Francisco-based 523 Capital, headed by former Classic Party Rentals chief John Moran, announced this week that the company has acquired Low Country Event Rentals, with operations in Savannah, Ga., and Hilton Head, S.C. In January, 523 acquired Capital Party Rentals in Washington, followed in April by Special Events Rentals in Raleigh, N.C.

Mike and Jeanette Davis will remain in place as Low Country's leaders. The pair has "built a high-quality rental company," Moran said in a statement. "Mike will continue to lead the company into its next growth phase."

Moran added that he expects these locations along with future acquisitions to be rebranded under one identity early next year.
