Austin Party Central Acquires Premiere Tents & Events

Austin, Texas-based Austin Party Central announced Sunday that it has acquired Premiere Tents & Events, also in Austin. Terms were not disclosed.
The new entity, which now has three outlets, will be rebranded as Premiere Party Central, according to a statement from Delores Crum, CERP, owner of Austin Party Central.
Premiere Tents is a division of Austin-based Littlefield Corp. Littlefield president and CEO Jeffrey L. Minch said in a statement, "The sale of Premiere Tents & Events is a welcome development and the company is now in the hands of an owner for whom this business is their core business and who can provide the focus and expertise that such an opportunity deserves."
Littlefield sold its Word of Mouth catering operation last year and will focus on its charitable bingo business, the company says.
