The Hyatt Regency Century Plaza, located in Los Angeles, has added the 9,100-square-foot Plaza Pavilion and an adjacent outdoor garden terrace. The space can accommodate 500 guests; features include wall-to-wall carpeting and 22-foot-tall arched ceilings. Decorated in gold and brown hues, the space is lit by three chandeliers and wall sconces.
