The new Mondrian hotel, in Scottsdale, Ariz., offers 10,000 square feet of event space. With 194 rooms, the hotel has eight private function rooms, an executive conference center and four outdoor terraces for events. Catering menu choices includes shrimp cocktail, veal chops and a six-layer devil's torte. Estee Lauder, Gap, Banana Republic and the Wall Street Journal have held events in the hotel since its opening six months ago.
