Stingaree, the new $7 million restaurant and club in San Diego, measures 22,500 square feet. On top of the three-floor venue, a rooftop area offers private cabanas, a fire pit and king-size beds. Having already hosted top designers' runway shows, the mid-level mezzanine includes the private, 35-person Penthouse with its own bartender, and a lounge with oversize booths.
