Highly Seasoned

Located in San Francisco, the Salt House is a contemporary tavern housed in an old print shop. An open kitchen, white subway tiles, exposed brick walls and waist-to-ceiling windows reflect the restaurant's British influences. The 75-seat restaurant is available for buyouts and serves seasonal fare; signature dishes include Boudin Blanc with Sauerkraut, Crispy Shrimp with Spicy Green Beans, and Roasted Fulton Valley Chicken with Preserved Lemon and Chorizo Roasted Potatoes. Call 415/543-8900, or visit www.salthousesf.com.
