Modern Menu

Located in Highlands, N.C., Madison's Restaurant and Wine Garden, the flagship restaurant of the Old Edwards Inn and Spa, has announced a new menu for the fall and winter seasons. Highlights of the menu--which presents Southern cuisine and fresh regional ingredients--include a Parsnip Custard Cloud and Sweet Potato Agnolotti with Spiced Consomme. The restaurant's wine room seats 12 and is available for private events. Other special functions can take place on the Rooftop Terrace or in the main dining room, which offers a special three-course prix fixe menu for up to 20 people.
