The Patina Group has opened the restaurant Leatherby's Cafe Rouge at the Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall in Costa Mesa, Calif. Decorated in green, blue and tan hues, the restaurant and its private dining rooms feature high-backed banquettes in a modern steel and glass setting.
