The new Beachside Resort and Conference Center in Key West, Fla., opened in October with 222 rooms, a private marina, a waterfront pool and a private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The Beachside Ballroom measures 6,000 square feet and seats up to 400 guests. Also, the conference center has an emergency power generator and was built to withstand 205-mph winds.
