DESCRIPTION: Three large yachts and one smaller vessel make up the Windridge fleet, allowing groups from two to 500 to experience an event at sea. Each ship is outfitted with a formal dining room, a salon, private staterooms for meetings and a multifunctional observation deck. ANCHORS AWEIGH: The 142-foot M/V Kathleen Windridge can accommodate 50 to 150 guests; the 131-foot M/V Windridge K has a guest capacity of 15 to 150; the 74-foot M/V Windridge O is available for groups of two to 12. The three ships are docked in south Florida year round.

SPECIAL SHIP: The 170-foot M/V Lady Windridge is docked at Chelsea Piers in New York from early June through late September and in south Florida the rest of the year. The yacht is available for groups of 75 to 500; the formal dining area can accommodate 240 guests for seated dinners and 500 for buffets.

DESCRIPTION: The privately owned railroad's 38-mile-long line was built in 1911 and runs through the picturesque Verde Canyon in central Arizona. The train features six first-class and two coach cars, all with large windows, as well as five open-air cars that allow passengers to view the desert scenery. It is a popular venue for weddings, corporate retreats and incentive events.

ALL ABOARD: Individual cars, which feature names such as the Santa Fe Belle and Cottonwood Car, can be chartered for groups ranging from 24 to 74 guests. The entire train can be bought out for events of up to 350 guests, and catering facilities can be set up on board.

DESCRIPTION: The Savannah River Queen and Georgia Queen replica paddle wheel boats travel the Savannah River, offering views of the city's skyline. Both boats feature climate-controlled, glass-enclosed dining decks; regular events include rehearsal dinners, weddings, conventions and corporate parties.

UP A LAZY RIVER: The Savannah River Queen has a total guest capacity of 400 and can seat 275. The first deck can seat 100, with seating for 75 on the second deck and 105 on the top deck.

The Georgia Queen can accommodate 600 guests and seat 450 — 155 on the first deck, 123 on the second and 172 on the third. For both boats, groups can rent individual decks or buy out the entire vessel.
