The all-suite Hilton Bentley Miami, located in Miami's famed South Beach neighborhood, has added a spa and a new restaurant.

Spa 101, offering ocean views, features high-quality organic products and Asian treatments, management says.

The new restaurant, Gaia, specializes in high-end Italian fare. Chef Gaetano Ascione visits each table to discuss guests' preferences in order to create customized dishes. Signature items include a “cappuccino amuse-bouche" (a warm shot of lentil, porcini and truffle soup); Coffin Bay scallops served in the shell with a lemon caper butter sauce and topped with micro scallions; and prosciutto melon risotto (a spoonful of melon risotto wrapped in a thin slice of prosciutto and drizzled with an aged balsamic glaze).
