The Luxe Hotel on Rodeo Drive, in Beverly Hills, Calif., has a new menu of small dishes at Bar 360 thanks to executive chef RaShon Smith. Menu items include lobster rolls, lamb lollipops and fried green tomatoes with fresh burrata. Items on the martini menu include a watermelon martini. In addition to 88 guest rooms, the hotel offers a penthouse suite with views of the Hollywood hills that can be used as an event space. A conference boardroom seats 12 people; event services include kosher facilities, theme menus and high-speed Internet access.
