Melbourne, Australia's 984-foot Eureka Tower opened its doors to the public this month with Skydeck 88. The residential tower's top floor now has such haute activities as a moving glass cube called the Edge, which projects 9 feet out of the building for the unique experience of being suspended more than 900 feet above the ground. Amenities include the SkyCafe and the private dining room on level 89.
