After a renovation--scheduled to be complete in the spring--the Argent Hotel in San Francisco will be rebranded the Westin San Francisco Market Street. The transformation will add 3,000 square feet of meeting space to the hotel; a new outdoor venue will offer seating for 50 guests. Included in the hotel's 20,000 square feet of event space is the Metropolitan Ballroom; it can accommodate up to 1,200 guests. The 676-guestroom hotel is open during the renovation.
