Last month, the Plan B Bar + Kitchen opened in Chicago with 2,300 square feet of space. The restaurant features floor-to-ceiling windows, a 15-foot-high ceiling and a 27-foot bar. Black chandeliers and red LED lights brighten the room. Cleverly named cocktails include the "Spring Punch by Chuck Norris," a drink with vodka, lemon juice, Chambord and champagne. The kitchen serves fun fare including fondue, macaroni and cheese, burgers and chicken wings.
