Restaurant ZED451, located in Schaumburg, Ill., opened this summer. The new space seats 225 guests. Chef Bobby Varua offers such dishes as roasted asparagus with herb aioli, Maui pineapple salad and apple slaw. Grilled entrees such as game, lamb and pork are served from an open charcoal fire to the guest's table.
