New rooftop restaurant Rivue on the 25th floor of the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, Ky., offers menu items including oyster stew, shrimp martinis and lamb osso buco. The restaurant has a capacity of 180 guests; a semiprivate table for 12 is also available. A revolving floor affords panoramic views of Louisville--it makes a full revolution every 33 minutes.
