The team educated around sustainability and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through a sustainability questionnaire to hired vendors, working with vendors who shared similar sustainability priorities.

The team dedicated resources to finding an entire fleet of electric vehicles (EV) to provide airport transfers, which prevented an estimated 2445 miles of travel from gas-fueled vehicles that otherwise would have been used.
Attendees ate meals with locally-sourced ingredients, including fully vegetarian lunches.
The event scheduled in wellness breaks and walking for short commutes.
