ISES Eventworld 2011 has provided such amazing affirmation for the power of special events to build brands and achieve business goals.
I sat in on sessions with leaders such as David Rich of George P. Johnson and Richard Foulkes of Imagination--both big-time companies with blockbuster clients.
I had to chuckle at another example of branding I saw at Eventworld yesterday.
To honor Atlanta's Terry Singleton, CSEP, who was sworn in yesterday as 2011-12 ISES international president, the Greater Atlanta chapter sat at the annual meeting in matching pink t-shirts printed with the slogan, "Got Terry? We do!"
A nice bit of branding that I won't forget!
