The “Evolution” line of buffet equipment from American Metalcraft offers chafers, coffee and beverage urns, juice dispensers and other items with a clean, contemporary design. The stainless steel chafers, available in a 7-quart round design and a 9-quart rectangular design, offer a slow-release glass lid and induction bases that work on units of greater than 1,800 watts. Also available are 17 different buffetware pieces including salad spoons and forks, carving forks and knives, servers, tongs, a bread knife, slotted spoon, ladle and a mustard spade. Each piece features an ergonomic design with contemporary contoured lines.
