To mark this special occasion, NHT Global organized a two-day celebration event in August at AsiaWorld Expo, Hong Kong, overseen by Concept Communications.

Thanks to creative solutions and quality services delivered to NHT Global in previous events, the client trusted Concept as the event manager of such mega-celebration event.

"We were responsible for the creative strategy, key visual development, design and production of stage and decorations, stage performances and entertainment, and the overall event management for this event," they say.

NHT Global is a big family with 15,000 members scattered all over the world.

Its corporate slogan “Our Company: Your New Home” shows the company believes that people’s lives can be improved through a great product offering and rewarding business opportunities, Concept says.

The management team wanted to convey such a message to participating members at its 15th anniversary celebration in Hong Kong. They wanted their members to “feel at home.”

Based on this requirement, the Concept creative team came up with the event theme “Make Life Epic,” creating a relax and “feel at home” environment through building an NHT Global Villa. 

Backed by thorough research and communications as well as Concept's previous experience and work relationship with NHT Global, the team was able to deliver a creative concept that was well-liked by the management team of NHT Global fairly quickly, they say.

One of the highlights of this event was the NHT Global Villa zone, built inside the 5,680-square-meter exhibition hall.  

The Villa Zone served as the main decoration of the event and provided creative ways to dislay NHT Global products and promotional materials.

The NHT Global Villa consisted of bank, museum, houses, garden, etc., as one would see in a village.

More than 10 building structures were fabricated, and some of them were more than 7 meters high.

What’s more, each building was equipped with different functions such as game booth, NHT Global new product shop, photo booth or registration counters. 

The large piece of greenery located inside the village provided a relaxing space for members to walk, talk, mingle and connect.

To showcase NHT Global’s hero products, 270 holographic displays were set up in addition to computers placed inside the zone to cater product orders on-site.

Besides the NHT Villa Zone, Concept was also in charge of the two full-day programs happening inside the main arena located in the AsiaWorld Expo.

A 27-by-10-meter mansion-looking main stage was built, where it was used as the projection screen for presentations and as a stunning backdrop for performances and entertainment.

For the opening, the 3D mapping show and the Avalokitesvara show performed by the well-known China Disabled People’s Performing Art Troupe impressed all attendees.

Following the opening ceremony, 20 other entertaining performances were arranged by NHT Global members, who longed to show off their talents.

In addition to all the performances, a Guinness World Records was created at the NHT Global 15th Anniversary Celebration event.

Concept took on the challenge to produce “The Longest Chain of Ribbons Tied in Bows in one Hour,” where it required the full participation of all attending members.

All members were given a colored ribbon when they entered the event. They were asked to tie up the ribbons in bows, pairing with the ribbon on another members’ hand.

With the concerted efforts of all members in the NHT Global family, Concept was able to complete the challenge and broke the Guinness World Record by creating a longest chain of ribbons tied in bows, measuring 139,123 meters. 

"It is a great achievement and an encouragement for NHT Global, all members and also our team as we have successfully managed to instruct participating members to tie a decent bow at the same time and tie it all together," Concept says. "We have made history and perfectly matched with the event theme 'Make Life Epic.'"

In building the villa houses, "We have done extensive materials sourcing, as we have noted that safety is the most important issue," Concept says.

"We have set out to source more than 50 different building materials to ensure structures were sound and stable whilst it projected a true likeness of a building in real life as much as possible."

"To ascertain the structures were safe, we engaged an independent surveyor to review the technical specification of each building structure," the event team says.
